A Texas-based home health agency is teaming up with the Red Cross to help senior citizens forced into shelters after Hurricane Harvey.
 
Encompass Home Health, based in Dallas, is working with seniors and elderly staying in shelters to find long-term living situations that can deal with their individual health care needs., according to local television station KRISTV.
 
Harvey dropped about 27 trillion gallons of rain on Texas and Louisiana over the course of 6-days leading to the rescue of at least 72,000 people, according to CNN. An estimated 30,000 people were expected to need temporary shelter.
