SMRC denial letter

StrategicHealthSoluitions recently mailed the following letter to a home health agency when issuing denials due to face-to-face documentation issues.

The supplemental medical review contractor (SMRC) recently began examining five claims from every agency nationwide, and several agencies received denials this month.
