The Joint Commission on Aug. 26 identified the five home health requirements it identified most frequently as “not compliant” during surveys and reviews during the first six months of 2015. The data involve “citations only from organizations due to be surveyed during this time period — that is, data from for-cause surveys are not included,” The Joint Commission notes.
