CMS begins posting termination notices for providers

CMS has begun posting termination notices online for affected providers including home health agencies.

A CMS memo posted Aug. 18 indicates the federal Medicare agency will publicly post termination notes for affected providers at http://go.cms.gov/2xxZOxP.

Prior to Aug. 18, a CMS spokesman tells DecisionHealth, public notices for providers only had been published in local newspapers.
