Registration will be open through 9 p.m. EST Jan. 31.
 
The training itself will occur from noon through 2 p.m. EST Feb. 1.
 
“Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved HHCAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated HHCAHPS Survey Project Manager attend the entire session,” according to the HHCAHPS website.
