HHCAHPS scores on Home Health Compare

For several years, the home health industry hasn’t had any positive or negative changes in any of the five major HHCAHPS categories.

But the percentage of patients who would definitely recommend the home health agency to family and friends took a slight dip in the May 2019 release of Home Health Compare.
