Agencies in Livanta BFCC-QIO area must sign required MOA

Providers in the service area for Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) Livanta have until Dec. 31, 2019, to sign a required Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

After that date, Livanta has said it will report non-compliance to CMS.

Providers in Livanta's service area were supposed to sign the MOA by June 8, but in November, Livanta said many providers had not yet signed the MOA. Signing the MOA is required of Medicare providers by the Social Security Act.
