Updated measure tables for OASIS-D1 available now

New measure tables, aligned with the implementation of OASIS-D1 on Jan. 1, are now available to view on CMS’ website.

The outcome, process and potentially avoidable events measure tables include measure definitions and data sources as well as information on National Quality Forum endorsement and use in the quality of patient care star ratings.
