CAHPS Hospice Survey materials updated for 2023

CMS has updated the CAHPS Hospice Survey materials for both telephone and mail surveys.

Survey vendors must utilize the revised CAHPS Hospice Survey materials beginning with January 2023 decedents (caregivers surveyed beginning April 1, 2023).
