A South Berwick, Maine, Medicaid pleaded guilty in December to Prohibited Acts — Presenting False Records, a class B felony, according to a statement from the New Hampshire Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General.

Maggiacomo was sentenced to serve twelve months in the Merrimack County House of Corrections, with all but 30 days suspended for three years.
