Home health care services saw some of the strongest hiring numbers across health care settings, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The sector added 15,000 jobs in March, compared to 11,000 added in hospitals and 8,000 added in nursing and residential care facilities.
Overall, health care added 34,000 jobs in March, lower than the average monthly gain of 54,000 for the prior six months.
