CMS is offering a new web-based training course on quality measure scores in home health and other post-acute settings.
From Data Elements to Quality Measures Cross-Setting provides a high-level overview of how data elements within assessment instruments are used to construct quality measures.
The course also discusses the relationship between the data elements and the Home Health Quality Reporting Program, quality measure calculation and how to access reports and use quality measure data for targeted quality improvement.
