Home health care services shows job growth momentum

Home health care services added 16,000 jobs in November, building on a strong October as we finish 2024.

The new data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) showed hospitals adding 19,300 jobs, nursing facilities adding 1,900 jobs and outpatient care centers adding 600 jobs.

Overall, the BLS estimates home health care services include more than 1.831 million jobs, adding 163,900 jobs over the past year.
