October preview reports now available

Home health agency provider preview reports for October’s public release are now available on iQIES with key 2024 updates.

These reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures, which will be published on Care Compare during the October refresh.

This preview report includes the annual update of claims-based measures that are only released each fall. This includes the Potentially Preventable Hospitalization, Discharge to Community and Medicare Spending Per Beneficiary measures.

Providers have until Aug. 8, 2025, to review their preview reports.

CMS has yet to publish the July 2025 refresh on Care Compare, which will include updated quarterly data on OASIS-based and HHCAHPS measures. Typically, it is published sometime in the final weeks of the month.
