April Home Health Grouper update contains new clinical group designations

CMS released an updated version of the Home Health Grouper
on Feb. 10 which outlines changes set to take effect April 1, 2026.
Key updates include:
Clinical group assignment modifications for three codes that previously did not have a clinical group designation:
