CMS updates quality reporting manual

An updated version of the Home Health Quality Reporting Program Quality Measure Users Manual is now available, along with the 2026 Risk Adjustment Technical Specifications Report.

The documents provide updates on quality measure calculations and outline new steps for determining home health quality episodes due to the all-payor OASIS requirement implemented July 1, 2025.
