New interactive tool connects hospices to answers for common QRP questions

CMS released an interactive set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) around the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) on May 7, 2026.

The FAQ was released in two forms. One version is a PDF, while the other is a centralized and interactive online resource. Topics included in the FAQ include HOPE timepoints, data collection and submission; HQRP compliance; public reporting, iQIES; and CAHPS Hospice.

CMS contractor Rainmaker Solutions, which houses the online tool, notes that the FAQ will help providers maintain compliance and ensure accurate and timely data collection and submission.
