Preview reports with complete 2025 data now available

Provider preview reports are now available in iQIES with data on key quality measures through December 2025. This preview period comes ahead of the October refresh, which will include standard quarterly updates to OASIS and HHCAHPS results, as well as the annual update to claims-based measures.

According to CMS, data for the claims-based measures will display data from calendar years 2024 and 2025 for the Discharge to Community measure, calendar years 2023 through 2025 for the Potentially Preventable 30-Day Post-Discharge Readmission measure, and calendar year 2025 for the Home Health Within-Stay Potentially Preventable Hospitalization measure. Additionally, the data for the HHCAHPS measures will display data from Quarter 2, 2025, through Quarter 1, 2026.

Due to delays in the availability of CMS claims data, the Medicare Spending Per Beneficiary (MSPB) measure will not be updated in October 2026. CMS will release updated provider measure scores with the January 2027 Care Compare refresh.

Providers have until August 7, 2026, to review their performance data.
