CMS releases new home health quality reporting training

Providers can access a new, web-based training that explores the purpose of the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HHQRP).

The training, released July 2, 2026, includes seven modules. Topics include OASIS and HHCAHPS reporting requirements, how star ratings are calculated and how to access additional resources.

The online course was published in partnership with CMS contractor Rainmaker Solutions. CMS and Rainmaker Solutions also released an interactive set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) related to the hospice Quality Reporting Program in May.
