Providers can now access the October 2026 release of the Home Health Prospective Payment System Grouper, according to the Aug. 27, 2026, edition of MLN Connects. 
 
Version 07.2.26 of the Home Health Grouper goes into effect for claims submitted with From Dates that occur on or after Oct.1, 2026. There were no changes to the Grouper’s logic or interface, but the new version does include a software update. 
 
The Home Health Grouper has also been modified based on updated ICD-10 diagnosis codes that also go into effect Oct. 1. More information can be found in a summary of changes released with the software update.
