About 24% of agencies suffered a coder productivity decrease of 10 % to 19% in the wake of ICD-10’s Oct. 1 implementation, according to the 168 respondents to HHL’s ICD-10 Impact Survey. About 19% of respondents suffered a productivity drop of 20% to 29%.
