Home care workers in Washington D.C. have filed a lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court against four agencies, claiming that they have been cheated out of overtime and sick wages over a period of three years.

The suit alleges that Capitol View Home Health Agency, Human Touch, T&N Nursing and VMT Home Health paid home care workers below D.C.’s living wage, at $13.60 per hour in 2014, which is required of D.C. government contractors, the Washington Post reports. Also, the suit maintains the agencies did not provide pay for sick time.

The suit is the second of its kind in the recent past – in December, D.C. home care workers sued three other home care agencies, claiming they weren’t paid for all their time and were not provided sick days, the Washington Post says.
