Actions agencies take due to ACA insurance mandate, depending upon size

Nearly 36% of agencies with 51 to 100 full-time equivalent employees have not decided whether to offer employees health insurance, according to 701 respondents to Home Care Pulse’s 2015 Private Duty Benchmarking Study. Meanwhile, about 29% of agencies of this size have decided to provide the required health insurance plan for all employees working 30 or more hours per week.
