RNs nationwide had a turnover rate of 19.1% in 2016, compared to 19.9% of nurses the prior year. LPNs had a turnover rate of 17.5% in 2016, compared to 11.5% the prior year. hat’s according to the more than 1,900 agencies participating in the Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service’s 2016-2017 Home Care Salary & Benefits Report.
