Under the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM), many agencies plan to put in place new productivity requirements for nurses. In HHL’s PDGM Survey, agencies were provided a list of options and asked how they planned to change staff roles in an attempt to achieve optimal productivity for PDGM. They could mark all responses that applied. Nearly 31% of 305 respondents to this question marked that they would have new productivity requirements for nurses.
