Results for home health care services (NAICS 621610) shows 231 severe injuries between 2015 and January 2024.
 
The top five events and exposures were reported as:
  • Falls on same level due to slipping: 47
  • Other fall to lower level, unspecified: 21
  • Fall on same level due to tripping over an object: 20
  • Fall on same level, unspecified: 20
  • Other fall to lower level less than six feet: 10
