I50.- (Heart failure) is the second most common primary diagnosis home health agencies use under ICD-10, according to first and second quarter 2016 data from OCS HomeCare by National Research Corporation. (See story, p. 1.) Roughly half the time agencies use I50.-, they use a 9 in the fourth position.
