About 53% of agencies say the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) will be the regulatory issue that causes the biggest impact on agencies’ operations and financials in 2019, and about 47% of agencies say OASIS-D will be the issue that causes the biggest impact. That’s according to the 184 respondents to a question on HHL’s 2019 Trends Survey.

Nearly 54% of agencies plan to spend more on technology in 2019 than they had the prior year, according to the 178 respondents to a question on HHL's 2019 Trends Survey. Meanwhile, about 45% of respondents plan to spend more on recruitment/training.
