RNs nationwide earned about 2.4% more in 2018 than they did in 2017, according to the Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service’s 2018-2019 Home Care Salary & Benefits Report. They earned an average of $35.34 per hour, according to the more than 1,500 agencies participating in the study.
