R26- (Abnormalities of gait and mobility) was the most profitable ICD-10 subcategory in the fourth quarter of 2015. That’s according to an OCS HomeCare analysis of assessments involving more than 350,000 episodes that started in the fourth quarter of 2015. The data involve more than 2,000 provider locations nationwide.
