Home health care services added 12,300 jobs in October. That was down just slightly form 12,700 jobs added in September, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
 
It was another strong month where home health care services led all health care sectors. October job numbers showed health care employers overall added 52,300 jobs, including 7,900 added at hospitals and 8,800 at nursing facilities.
 
Overall, the BLS estimates home health care services include more than 1.81 million jobs.
