A Texas home health agency has entered into a $38,115.32 settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG), according to a release dated May 25, 2022.

The settlement resolves allegations that the agency, Vicki Roy Home Health Services, employed an individual who was excluded from participating in any federal health care program.

OIG’s investigation revealed the excluded individual, a personal care attendant, provided items or services that were billed to federal health care programs.
